What we do
Radius CF provide clients with direct, proactive advice and solutions tailored to their personal and corporate requirements. We work with entrepreneurs and companies across all major business sectors including hospitality, property, retail, healthcare, technology and engineering, and draw from our experience in previous banking, boutique finance and Big Four advisory roles. We’re based in Belfast, but service clients with interests throughout Northern Ireland, Dublin and London.
Radius CF are much more, however, than just a provider of finance. We are central to coordinating various other advisors (legal, tax and accountancy etc.) and managing the interests of all stakeholders involved in transactions to ensure that ‘deals’ complete in a timely and effective manner. As part of our ‘key advisor’ role, we can also undertake ongoing ancillary positions such as director, non-executive director and trustee at the request of clients.
Radius CF has significant experience in advising shareholders on all aspects of private company transactions. Whether it is advising family shareholders on realising best value for their businesses, assisting owner/managers to grow through acquisition or helping management teams with MBOs or MBIs, we have the experience and expertise to advise on strategy, negotiation, funding and completion of the full range of corporate transactions.
Drawing from direct banking experience and years of assisting clients in restructuring debt, the principals of Radius CF have, in recent years, advised on debt mandates in excess of £225m. Whether raising debt for new projects or managing difficult relationships with existing funders, we are well positioned to advise on all debt related matters.

Brian Loughran is a Chartered Accountant with over 11 years’ post qualification experience in tax, corporate finance and banking. Having trained and practiced with KPMG, Brian moved to Bank of Ireland where he held positions in Business and Corporate Banking, their Special Property Group and the NAMA Unit.
Having spent most of his time at Bank of Ireland during the credit crisis, Brian gained invaluable exposure to a wide range of lending situations, including to property, and has successfully advised a range of clients on their debt funding and restructuring requirements.

Declan is a Qualified Chartered Accountant with over 4 years’ post qualification experience in corporate finance. Having trained and practised with KPMG, Declan gained two years’ experience at a boutique corporate finance house before moving with Brian Loughran to Radius CF.
Declan has taken the technical expertise, in-depth analytical skills and discipline learned in KPMG to his work in Radius CF. He has helped advise numerous clients on debt funding, restructuring and SME fundraising, and has extensive experience in due diligence and financial modelling.
